You receive all final design or website files in the agreed formats. For websites, you get the complete HTML/CSS/JS source code. For logos and posters, you receive high-resolution PNG, JPG, and where applicable, PDF files. You own everything 100% — CG Web Studio retains no ongoing rights once payment is complete (unless the Attribution add-on has not been purchased).
No. The package price covers design and development only. Hosting, domain registration, and server setup are your responsibility to arrange. If you need guidance on where to host your site, we're happy to point you in the right direction at no extra charge — just ask.
Turnaround time depends on the package and how quickly you provide content and feedback. A Basic Website typically takes 5–10 business days. A Standard Business website typically takes 10–15 business days. The Express Delivery add-on significantly reduces this timeframe. All work is conducted during our stated working hours.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. During these rounds, you can request changes to layout, colours, text, images, and overall direction. If you require changes beyond the included revisions, additional rounds can be purchased as an add-on. Clear, honest feedback helps us get it right faster.
Yes. Once your 50% deposit is received before 1 June 2026, your project is booked at the sale price — even if the project runs beyond the sale end date. The sale applies to website packages only. Logo and poster pricing is standard and does not change.

I design and build your requested assets. You receive completed files with full ownership rights once final payment is made.

IMPORTANT: By submitting the official CG Web Studio Google Form sent to you after expressing interest in our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions below. Submission of the form constitutes a legally binding acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.
1.1 CG Web Studio provides website design and development, graphic design (logos, posters, flyers), and digital brand consulting services.
1.2 Services are delivered digitally. CG Web Studio does not offer physical printing, server management, or IT support services.
1.3 All services are provided by a sole proprietor operating under the CG Web Studio brand. This is not a registered company.
2.1 The following are excluded from all packages unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement:
3.1 The client agrees to provide all required content (text, images, references, brand assets) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect delivery timelines.
3.2 The client warrants that all content, images, and materials provided are legally owned or licensed by the client and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
3.3 The client agrees to communicate professionally and constructively throughout the project. CG Web Studio reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of abusive or disrespectful communication, with the deposit forfeited.
3.4 Feedback must be provided within 5 business days of receiving a draft or revision. Failure to provide feedback within this period may result in project delays, for which CG Web Studio is not responsible.
4.1 CG Web Studio operates on a professional basis. Repeated project cancellations, ghosting after deposit, scope creep beyond agreed deliverables, or bad faith engagement will result in immediate project termination.
4.2 Deposits paid are non-refundable in all cases of client-initiated cancellation or termination due to client misconduct, as work would already have been commenced.
5.1 A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.
5.2 Final files will not be released until the full outstanding balance has been received and confirmed.
5.3 Prices are quoted and payable in South African Rand (ZAR). All quoted prices are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Sale pricing applies to projects where a deposit is received on or before 1 June 2026. Projects booked at the sale price will be honoured at that price even if delivery occurs after the sale end date.
5.5 CG Web Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing for future projects after the sale period ends.
6.1 Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single message or document.
6.2 Revisions must be within the original scope of the project. Requests to significantly change the design direction, add new pages, or add features not originally discussed constitute new work and will be quoted separately.
6.3 Additional revision rounds beyond what is included in the package may be purchased as an add-on.
7.1 Once the client approves the final version in writing (email), CG Web Studio considers the project complete.
7.2 By approving the final version, the client accepts full responsibility for the approved content, including any errors, typos, or omissions that were not raised during the revision process.
7.3 CG Web Studio is not responsible for errors that existed in client-provided content or that were not identified and raised by the client during revisions.
8.1 Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to all final delivered files (logos, graphics, website source code).
8.2 Prior to full payment being received, all work produced remains the intellectual property of CG Web Studio.
8.3 CG Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio (on the website, social media, or marketing materials) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8.4 Unless the Attribution Removal add-on has been purchased, CG Web Studio reserves the right to include a "Designed by CG Web Studio" attribution in the footer of delivered websites.
8.5 Working files (source files, PSD, Figma files, etc.) are not included in delivery unless specifically agreed and quoted.
9.1 CG Web Studio will keep all client business information, briefs, and materials shared during the project strictly confidential and will not share this information with any third parties without the client's written consent.
9.2 The client agrees not to share, resell, or redistribute any drafts, concepts, or partial work produced by CG Web Studio that has not been included in the final delivery.
10.1 CG Web Studio provides creative and structural assets only. We are strictly NOT responsible for:
10.2 The client assumes all risk for how delivered services and assets impact their business performance.
10.3 CG Web Studio's total financial liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the amount paid directly by the client for the specific project in question.
11.1 If the client cancels the project after the deposit has been paid but before any work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation and administration fee.
11.2 If the client cancels after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited and, depending on the stage of completion, an additional partial payment may be due for work completed to date.
11.3 CG Web Studio reserves the right to cancel a project due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, force majeure). In such a case, a fair refund will be issued for work not yet completed.
12.1 All project work, revisions, and communication are conducted during stated working hours (Monday–Friday 15:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday 10:00–15:00, South African Standard Time).
12.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client response times, and volume of active projects. Express Delivery applies to turnaround priority and is subject to availability.
12.3 CG Web Studio will communicate any delays proactively via email.
13.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith via email.
13.2 If a resolution cannot be reached within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate South African legal channels.
13.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14.1 CG Web Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the CG Web Studio website.
14.2 Continued engagement with CG Web Studio after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
